Make sure your key employees buy in up front on the geographic boundaries for your search. Relocating is disruptive to everyone and most employees will want to know whether or not the office is convenient for them to get to. Consider how easily accessible each location is by major roads and public transportation. If you see clients in your office, consider whether or not the location boundaries are convenient for them as well.
The area surrounding your office is important for your employees and clients who visit for meetings. Make sure the neighborhood is a fit for your business.
Pay close attention to the tenants in the building. If tenants or their clientele aren’t consistent with your professional brand, consider a building that would be a better a better fit for your business.
