In commercial lease transactions tenants don’t typically pay anything for the services of their tenant representative. Fees for the tenant representative as well as the listing agent are paid by landlords, not tenants. You will not be charged a retainer or up front fees for our tenant representation. Commercial landlords benefit when tenants lease space in their buildings and are willing to pay the tenant representative a broker fee in return for bringing them tenants. Even though we are paid by the landlord, we work exclusively for you and we have a fiduciary duty to represent your needs in everything we do.
