Kevin Cronin serves as the President & CEO of CroninCRE, bringing a wealth of experience in commercial real estate. His journey in the industry commenced at The Mehigan Company (TMC), where he held the position of Managing Director for the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to TMC, Kevin played pivotal roles as an investor, advisor, and executive, gaining invaluable insights into effective cash management and cost containment while collaborating with numerous early-stage companies. This firsthand experience instilled in him a unique perspective and a keen appreciation for the delicate balance between flexibility for growth and the delivery of value, principles he applies to all his assignments and clients.
Specializing exclusively in representing commercial real estate tenants, Kevin's primary focus is on optimizing leverage for his clients. His negotiation expertise spans a diverse range of transactions, encompassing everything from securing initial office spaces for startups to facilitating the relocation of established businesses and navigating the intricacies of rightsizing, as well as managing multiple headquarters transactions. A native of San Francisco, Kevin maintains strong ties to the city and is dedicated to giving back to the community. He is a Founding Board Member at The Dante’s Boys Foundation (formerly The Dante Benedetti Foundation), an organization committed to providing meaningful financial support to initiatives that enable under-served youth to actively participate in sports. Kevin is an alumnus of the University of San Francisco and was captain of the baseball team before he began his professional journey with IBM in 1980. |
